6″ x 9″ ORIGINAL 2020 PEN AND INK DRAWING
I call this “Storm” and it was inspired by an art challenge on social media called Inktober with the prompt of the same name, storm. Thunderstorms are produced, in simple terms, when hot air rises to meet cold air. This drawing shows a woman holding a flame in one hand and a cloud in another- a visual representation of this idea where I think of the woman as the force that creates the storm. Her wild hair is flying all around her, of course. This listing is for an original drawing, not a print.
Black archival ink on acid-free white paper and finished with a UV protective coat of fixative.
Handmade this year (2020) and signed by me.
